What is Emotional Freedom Technique?
The Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a technique that teaches you to tap the acupressure points along the body while acknowledging emotional issues you would like to release and then making affirmations that bring about the change you want.
Positive thought processes can take the place of negative thought processes when using EFT. Aiding you to become more spiritually lifted. It allows you to recognize your shortcomings and then release them. This is essential in the healing process, shifting unhealthy thoughts to healthy thoughts (affirmations).
