Healthy Organic Bean Burrito



INGREDIENTS:

1 (15 oz.) can of organic pinto beans, drained and rinsed

1/2 cup organic salsa

1 cup frozen organic corn

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 dash hot sauce (more or less to taste)

6 whole wheat organic tortillas

1/2 cup low fat organic cheddar cheese, shredded

1 cup nonfat organic sour cream

DIRECTIONS:

1. Drain beans and place in a medium sized saucepan. Mash slightly with a fork leaving some of the beans whole.

2. Add corn, salsa, chili powder, and hot sauce. Mix well. Heat on medium until bean mixture is hot.

3. Wrap tortillas in tin foil and place in 200 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

4. Spoon bean mixture down center of each tortilla. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with sour cream. Roll up tortilla and serve.
